The organization arranges examinations for the persons who want to take legal profession and selects qualified candidates according to the minimum level of knowledge. The examination is held two times in a year and takes two and half days.Character and fitness screening is also held before final selection. Rule 9 legal Intern program is also controlled by WSBA.This rule allows the law students to work in a legal matters under the supervision of a practicing attorney.
The Supreme Court empowers WSBA to administer different regulatory functions. The implementation of the Volunteer Attorney Legal Serviced is mainly focused by Pro Bono and Legal Aid Committee.Main strategies of the programs for judiciary and its organization is sanctioned by VALE.It helps to remove obstacles on volunteerism and enthuse the attorneys to work for the poor.
