Straight quotes vs smart quotes A bit of typogragraphy today with straight quotes and smart quotes.

The problem is that since Fireworks CS4 you no longer get straight quotes. What you type are smart quotes and the quotes you want to import are automatically converted into smart quotes. There is a workaround.

Drag and Drop You don’t need to open documents in Fireworks you can drag and drop Fireworks files from the Windows Explorer or from Internet to Adobe Fireworks and use the Toolbar area to create new tabs. Check the videos.
