  1. Sunburst Collage

    2. Import a picture in your document, then create a Sunburst effect as previously seen with the Convert to Alpha filter. Place your sunburst effect on top of your picture.

  2. Apply a Fuzzy Light blend mode and it was painted with Color Fill filter, white color 100% with a normal blend mode.

  4. Add a new layer with a rectangle in it covering the picture. Add Line-Diag 1 texture 100% with transparent checked.
  5. Blend mode Fuzzy Light with 60% opacity
  6. Lastly, add some noise with the Noise filter. Amount 44, unchecked.
