Set the Tip size to about 2 or 3 and set the Edge to 100 and make sure you have selected black as a color. Then click once to create your first dot in the top left corner. See the Figure 1.
Use the Grid View > Grid > Show Grid to guide you to keep the same distance between the dots and to modify the number of dots per line.

Remember, only those images selected will flatten to become one image. Anything not selected will stay separate. Now we need to fill the screen with those dots, select the row of dots, create a copy and paste it (Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V). Select the new row (remember it is right on top of the old one) and move it precisely 20 pixels down by adding 20 to the Y scale, (just like we did with the X scale in the previous step) to put the new row where we want it. Then do this over and over to fill the screen with dots and you are done. See Figure 3.
